Scrum Master with Medicaid - Remote

About the Role

A Scrum Master with at least 8–10 years of industry experience, including hands-on work with Medicaid or MMIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups (or daily scrums) as needed.
• Participate in meetings and capture feedback.
• Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
• Act as the administrator of the scrum board, ensuring cards are up to date and the scrum tool is functioning well.
• Meet individually with team members and stakeholders to resolve disagreements about process and work styles.
• Eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
