About the role
SAFe Certified Scrum Master with experience leading delivery across multi‑vendor development teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across multi‑vendor development teams.
- Facilitate Agile planning and execution activities, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑Ups, and Retrospectives.
- Use Rally to track team progress, generate reports, and manage RAID items.
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate with external teams.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience as a Scrum Master on Guidewire Policy Center implementation projects.
- Mandatory experience working in Farmers Insurance.
- Minimum of 6‑8 years of IT experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile planning and execution activities (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑Ups, Retrospectives).
- Hands‑on experience with Rally for tracking progress, reporting, and managing RAID items.
- Agile Way of Working.
- Guidewire Policy Center experience.
