Scrum Master with Adobe Marketo Experience
About the role
Lead and manage Adobe Marketo implementations, driving end-to-end marketing automation, campaign execution, and lead lifecycle management.
Design, optimize, and monitor Marketo programs including email campaigns, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of marketing technology initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and Marketo analytics to drive continuous improvement and data-driven marketing decisions.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Experience with Adobe Marketo and Salesforce is required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
