Scrum Master w/Capital Market
Job Details
As a Scrum Master w. Capital Markets, you will:
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Manage dependencies for the team.
- Provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress.
- Enable continuous improvement within the team.
- Act as a servant leader to your teams and help resolve impediments.
- Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and sprint timelines.
- Drive adherence to the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
- Facilitate and coach agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and PI planning.
- In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team, such as Preplanning preparation, PI planning events, and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums.
- Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and relentless focus on continuous improvement, including working with other scrum teams to define best practices.
- Drive the agile team maturity.
- Have Business analyst experience helping to drive the understanding of business needs and analyze the best solutions by building close relationships with our business partners.
- Be Scrum master/PMP certified.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 7+ years experience working as an agile scrum master.
- Experience in Treasury space.
- Prior Capital Markets experience in driving technology projects.
- Capital Markets product knowledge in Fixed Income or Derivatives.
- Quartz experience or Trading applications experience.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
- Scrum master/PMP certified.

Pay Range: $72- $74 per hour
