Scrum Master w/Capital Market

Job Details

As a Scrum Master w. Capital Markets, you will:

• Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage dependencies for the team.
• Provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress.
• Enable continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as a servant leader to your teams and help resolve impediments.
• Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and sprint timelines.
• Drive adherence to the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Facilitate and coach agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and PI planning.
• In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team, such as Preplanning preparation, PI planning events, and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums.
• Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and relentless focus on continuous improvement, including working with other scrum teams to define best practices.
• Drive the agile team maturity.
• Have Business analyst experience helping to drive the understanding of business needs and analyze the best solutions by building close relationships with our business partners.
• Be Scrum master/PMP certified.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 7+ years experience working as an agile scrum master.
• Experience in Treasury space.
• Prior Capital Markets experience in driving technology projects.
• Capital Markets product knowledge in Fixed Income or Derivatives.
• Quartz experience or Trading applications experience.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum master/PMP certified.
