About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Project Manager experience to lead our organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within our Capital Markets division. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who can both guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing our new Agile framework. Front Office Capital Markets experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's transformation from waterfall to Agile methodologies
• Guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing the new Agile framework
• Stand up new Scrum teams
• Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization

Qualifications

• Experienced Scrum Master with Project Manager experience
• Front Office Capital Markets experience is a must
