Scrum Master - SAP

About the role

The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals involved in SAP Projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner. They must have experience leading and managing teams, executing Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute all Agile ceremonies and release train activities with RTEs
• Use JIRA and Confluence tools to update daily scrums and weekly calls with customers
• Prepare Sprint-related reports and ensure all blockers are removed
• Drive project execution and maintain overall project status updates to customers
• Highlight risks and maintain RAID logs
• Work independently and contribute to stand-up meetings with customer teams
• Follow mandatory and quality compliance requirements and audits
• Lead a multi-disciplinary product team in an Agile way to meet client needs and engage with key stakeholders
• Show strong interpersonal and customer interaction skills
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams
• Show strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and flexibility

Requirements

• Experience with project planning and stakeholder management
• Understanding of QA processes, software development lifecycle, and testing lifecycle
• Agile certifications are a plus

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner
