Scrum Master

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support program-level planning and backlog refinement activities
• Coordinate work across multiple teams and disciplines within a scaled Agile framework
• Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and delivery predictability
• Remove obstacles and help teams maintain focus on sprint and program goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software delivery teams
• Experience in financial services, banking, lending, payments, or the credit card industry
• SAFe Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and metrics
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
