About the role
The ideal candidate will lead and mentor Scrum teams on Agile process and practices, coordinate with the Product Owner, and support the transformation to Agile methodology. Key responsibilities include triaging scrum team issues, decomposing Agile features to user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and interfacing with customers to build great working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Triage scrum team issues based on priority, impact, risk, and release timing
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of The Scrum Guide
- Experience working as scrum master as part of the Scrum team
- Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Agility (Version One), or other Agile management tools
- Experience in decomposing Agile features to user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe)
- Agile Coaching experience
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required due to client-specific government/federal requirements
- Minimum Active SECRET Clearance required
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years’ relevant experience
Qualifications
- Experience working as scrum master as part of the Scrum team
- Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Agility (Version One), or other Agile management tools
- Experience in decomposing Agile features to user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Preferred Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SSM, PSM)
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe)
- Agile Coaching experience

Estimated Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $135,000 USD
