Scrum Master
About the role
As a Scrum Master within PNC's Retail Technology - ATM organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL or Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain documentation (e.g., Confluence pages).
- Track project progress to ensure alignment with planned delivery timelines.
- Proactively follow up on action items and drive work to completion.
- Facilitate coordination across teams and ensure accountability.
- Participate in standard Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove blockers to keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in: Agile Methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Education: Bachelors.
- Certifications: No Required Certification(s).
