Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Facilitate other Agile ceremonies as needed.
- Ensure Agile meetings are effective, collaborative, and focused on achieving Sprint goals.
- Coach Scrum teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability.
- Identify impediments that hinder team progress.
- Help remove obstacles impacting team productivity and delivery.
- Actively work to resolve issues and blockers affecting the team.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of strong relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience facilitating Scrum events and Agile ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Ability to coach and mentor Scrum teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and accountability.
- Experience identifying and resolving team impediments and blockers.
- Good to have insurance domain knowledge.
