Scrum Master - BTP

About the role

As a Scrum Master at Stand Together, you will:

• Run agile delivery for the Digital Ecosystem engineering teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies, protect team focus, surface blockers, and keep the internal team and the vendor team executing on a consistent rhythm.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
• Protect team focus by removing impediments and ensuring the team stays aligned with the product vision.
• Surface blockers and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the vendor team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with remote teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent.
• Experience with digital ecosystem projects and vendor management.

Skills

• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
