Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
- Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and leadership.
- Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Drive Agile maturity and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with banking business teams to deliver Cards and Payments initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and regulatory standards where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience in the Banking domain.
- Strong experience supporting Cards, Payments, Merchant Services, Debit/Credit Card, or Payment Processing projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist certification.
- Experience working in large enterprise banking environments.
- Knowledge of payment networks, card lifecycle management, transaction processing, or digital payments.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics, reporting, and release management.
