Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams
• Strong expertise in Scrum framework, Agile ceremonies, and servant leadership
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to remove impediments, manage risks, and improve team velocity and delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business and technical teams
• Must have experience in the Payments domain (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Card Payments, or Digital Payments)
