The Role

Coach a development team to their highest performance level, ensuring successful progression of Scrum projects.
Ensure Scrum principles and approaches are clearly understood by the team and key stakeholders.
Combat challenges early to ensure work gets done efficiently.
Contribute to modernizing critical systems and driving mission-critical capabilities.
Support a team passionate about achieving outcomes through Agile best practices.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer for a development team
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and metrics
• Experience leading client delivery engagements and interacting with senior-level client management
• Experience teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams
• A Bachelor's degree and a Professional Scrum Master Certification
• Required TS/SCI clearance
