The Role Coach is responsible for leading a team to achieve its highest performance levels, aligning with customer expectations through successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clear understanding of Agile principles and approaches among the team and key stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to support sustainable process improvements.
• Focus the team on achieving sprint goals and key project outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence for challenging Navy modernization efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile Metrics.
• A Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
