Must have skills
- Managed 2-5 Agile squads comprising 20-50 team members.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives within banking organizations.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments.
- Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs.
Preferred skills
- Support delivery of banking applications across areas such as: Digital Banking/Lending
- Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory environments.
- Experience delivering applications for retail, commercial, or investment banking.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and security requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and programs simultaneously.
- Experience working with executive leadership and client stakeholders.
