Scrum Master

Travel: up to 10 % required.

Clearance: ability to obtain a Federal or DoD Public Trust (candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding; an active Public Trust or Suitability is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand‑up meetings and bi‑weekly sprint reviews for a large agile development team supporting a data analytics program.
• Coordinate across technical teams and key stakeholders to resolve dependencies, track milestones, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor development progress and risks, and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust (active Public Trust or Suitability preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience facilitating meetings in an agile delivery environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and focused.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or hands‑on experience supporting data analytics initiatives and technology development projects.
• Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA.
