Screening Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a supervisor to lead security personnel at client sites, ensuring adherence to post orders, completing rounds, and filing reports. The role involves coaching, disciplining, and training staff, as well as coordinating coverage and maintaining documentation. The supervisor will meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and may perform some security officer duties.

Requirements

• 2‑3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Security experience preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices
