About the Role
The Screen Runner & Pinner plays a critical role in the wallpaper manufacturing process by ensuring printing teams have the correct screens prepared, inspected, and delivered before production begins. This position supports production by preparing and pinning printing tables for upcoming runs, working closely with Printers, Production Managers, and the Screen Engraving Department to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, inspect, and stage printing screens for upcoming production runs according to the daily schedule.
- Verify correct screens are assigned to each wallpaper pattern and color sequence.
- Pin printing tables by accurately aligning and securing materials and pins per production specifications.
- Prioritize screen running and table pinning based on production schedules to minimize downtime.
- Safely transport screens to printing teams and return completed screens to designated areas.
- Maintain organized screen storage and staging areas while anticipating upcoming production needs.
- Communicate with Printers and supervisors about missing, damaged, or replacement screens.
- Follow all company safety procedures.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with production teams.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull screens weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to safely maneuver large printing screens throughout the production area.
- A team player willing to support others and pitch in where needed.
- Able to work around production equipment, printing machinery, inks, and other materials while following safety procedures.
