Responsibilities

• Install screen mesh into pre‑assembled frames using hand tools.
• Assemble finished products according to quality standards.
• Keep production moving efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and identify defects or inconsistencies, addressing them promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
• Participate in safety and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Cross‑train and support other areas as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Window and door industry experience is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Enjoy hands‑on work and staying active throughout the day.
• Take pride in producing quality work.
• Pay close attention to details.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Read work instructions and safety information.
• Differentiate colors when required for quality purposes.
