Ambulatory Palliative Care Physician-Oncology Faculty Position

HonorHealth is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Ambulatory Palliative Care Physician with experience or passion for cancer care. This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding interdisciplinary team in the highly desirable Phoenix/Scottsdale area. You will help shape and grow outpatient palliative care services within a physician-led, innovative health system.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Faculty HonorHealth Palliative Care Fellowship Program
- Provide outpatient palliative care in clinic setting
- Manage complex symptoms (pain, dyspnea, fatigue, etc.)
- Lead goals-of-care discussions and advance care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (APPs, social work, chaplaincy, nursing)
- Cookordinate care with primary care and specialty providers
- Contribute to program expansion and innovation
