SCM Consultant with O2C

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a large-scale digital transformation program.

About the role

The consultant will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document business requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations, proven experience in requirements gathering and process documentation, and the ability to bridge business and technology discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
• Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership.
• Facilitate consensus across business and technology teams.
• Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders.
• Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities.

Requirements

• Very strong experience as an SME in Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Strong SME level experience with order management and order entry.
• Supply chain experience.
• Experience in requirement gathering and working closely with business stakeholders.
• Experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Enterprise-level and end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
• Strong SQL query skills.
• Strong target mapping skills.
• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
