SAP FICO O2C Consultant

About the role

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable module including billing, invoicing, and cash application.

Responsibilities

• Gather and lead requirements discussions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement enhancements and process improvements in the AR module.
• Evaluate configuration changes through regression testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Interact with business and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate clearly with business and IT teams to drive issue resolution.
• Develop and execute unit test scripts, integration test cases, and User Acceptance scenarios.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Ability to support ECC and SAP S/4HANA 1909.
• Configuration experience in Accounts Receivable module, dispute management, and credit card settlements.
• Knowledge of Electronic Bank Statement Configuration.
• Experience with interfaces to third-party systems.
• Integration experience with SD and FI modules.
• Experience with cash applications and corresponding SAP Fiori apps in S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of EDI processes for invoicing and remittances.
• Experience handling credit card settlement files, Lockbox, and resolving related incidents.
• Ability to manage dispute management cases and related incidents.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and tools as needed.
