About the Role

Hydro Extrusions, a global leader in aluminium extrusion with 100 production sites in 40 countries and 20,000 employees, is seeking a professional to contribute to implementation project activities. Since 1905, Hydro has been transforming natural resources into valuable products, focusing on a safe and positive workplace for its 30,000 employees across 140+ locations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements to technical solutions
• Oversee the development of new functionality
• Create Process Design Documents and Functional Design Documents (under supervision of the Stream Solution Architect)
• Configure the system
• Perform and support test cycles to ensure the final product meets defined requirements
• Provide training to key users
• Support the creation and execution of the cut-over plan
• Provide Hyper-Care support for a predefined period
• Resolve defects
• Create and update relevant project documentation
• Provide 3rd level support
• Support Data Migration processes (functional documentation, input to data mapping sessions, defect resolution, data load validation assistance)
• Work under the supervision of the Team Lead (task management) and Stream Solution Architect (solution management)

Qualifications

• Five years+ hands-on experience with SAP or variants in a project environment
• Experience in enterprise-level SAP projects using waterfall methodology throughout the entire lifecycle with repeated success
• Expert understanding of the SAP product suite
• Extensive SAP configuration experience, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
• Experience defining business requirements and writing functional design documentation
• Expert knowledge of SAP modules and underlying architecture, design
• Experience designing SAP software components
• Experience integrating SAP with different business systems and working with integration tools
• Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
• Experience in greenfield, brownfield, and rollout projects, project phases, SAP Activate, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably metal and/or automotive
• College or University degree (IT/Business or equivalent)

Pay

Pay Range: $114,818 - $158,880
