Scissor / Boom Lift Spotter - Data Center
About the role
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Boom and Scissor Lift Spotters within a fast-paced data center environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to site operations while emphasizing safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Support lift operators by ensuring safe movement and positioning within the data center
- Maintain clear visual and verbal communication with operators and team members
- Continuously observe the work area to identify hazards or obstructions
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific protocols
- Help establish and maintain safe work zones to protect personnel and equipment
- Assist with general site duties, including setup and cleanup
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or similar environments
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to learn and consistently follow established procedures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working long shifts in an active environment
- Ability to remain alert and focused throughout the workday
Pay
$22.00 - $22.00/hr

This is a contract, fully onsite position in Meridian, MS. The role involves working long shifts in an active environment.
