What You'll Do

We're seeking a Scientist I/II to join our Discovery DMPK team. In this role, you'll contribute to critical in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) and in vitro ADME studies, supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients as they develop the next generation of therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scientifically sound studies that support sponsor and internal research objectives.
  • Perform sample analysis for Discovery DMPK studies, including in vivo PK and in vitro ADME programs.
  • Execute and optimize LC-MS/MS assays following established development guidelines.
  • Review and execute study protocols while ensuring data integrity and scientific quality.
  • Author protocols, technical reports, and study summaries.
  • Process, analyze, interpret, and review scientific data.
  • Troubleshoot analytical methods and resolve technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with scientists, project managers, laboratory personnel, vendors, and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Study Director (SD) within areas of expertise, as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacokinetics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on LC-MS/MS (Mass Spectrometry) experience.
  • Experience supporting bioanalysis across diverse molecule types.
  • Knowledge of in vivo pharmacokinetic studies.
  • Strong scientific writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Passionate About Advancing Pharmaceutical Research.

Work Environment

  • Full-time, 100% on-site laboratory position.
  • Work in both laboratory and office settings.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Use standard laboratory equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
