About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's bioinformatics projects and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee bioinformatics projects
  • Ensure data integrity and quality across platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in bioinformatics
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and scripting
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends

Benefits
