Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Screens the metadata and routes the materials to appropriate reviewers
- Proofreads promotional material content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency of language (tense), and adherence to brand style across all print and digital pieces. Identifies inconsistencies, awkward wording, etc.
- Reviews the reference list for compliance with the AMA Manual of Style
- Proofreads the ISI against the approved version
- Conducts word-to-word comparison against previous versions to identify discrepancies
- Verifies implementation of changes across all review stages
- Post-MLR
- Proofs (Print)
- Final Samples (Approved for Adaptation Pieces)
- Functional Reviews
- Checks to ensure that all hyperlinks are functioning and routing to the expected screen/page
- Verifies compliance to all digital standards, for example, size/visibility of certain sections such as ISI, legal disclaimers, etc
- Ensures that all the buttons are active, functioning, and perform the expected action
- Performs checks to ensure that all other functionalities, such as swipe, tap, and other interactivities are functioning appropriately on devices
- Graduation in life sciences or pharma
- 2-5 years of experience
- Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost-labor differences)
- Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role
- Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels

Base Salary Range: $65k-$75k
