TITLE: SCIENTIFIC BUSINESS ANALYST - DRUG PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (DPDT) Location: Tarrytown, NY (Onsite, hybrid structure, 4 days/week; potential flexibility for NJ after the first 6 months) Pay Rate: $80/hr - $90/hr Duration: long term contract Summary: Our pharma client is seeking a seasoned contract Scientific Business Analyst to bridge laboratory science and IT for their Formulations group. This role serves as a strategic liaison driving an end-to-end LIMS implementation as part of a major enterprise digital transformation program. Scientific Business Analyst - Drug Product Development (DPDT)Serve as the strategic interface between laboratory science, operators, and IT stakeholders to translate scientific operational needs into scalable system solutions.Drive the strategic, end-to-end LIMS implementation for the DPDT formulations group within an organization-wide Digital Transformation Program.Own stakeholder relationship management by building trusted partnerships across scientific and technical teams.Lead requirements elicitation and process mapping to capture business needs, outline current-state processes, and identify value-add opportunities.Partner with IT to design system solutions, draft and execute user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, and champion change management for successful end-user adoption.Scientific Business Analyst - Drug Product Development (DPDT)Strong pharmaceutical or scientific background, preferably focused within a Formulation, pre-clinical, or bio-major lab environment.Solid hands-on understanding of LIMS platforms, with LabWare LIMS being ideal.Working knowledge of dashboards, data visualization tools, and regulatory submission standards.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and process-mapping tools like Lucid.Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with demonstrated leadership capabilities.Benefits:Pay rate: $80/hr - $90/hrAvailable health, life, vision, and dental insurance401K Matching options #IND1
