About the role
The School to Work Instructor is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world work experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with current workforce needs.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and community partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Experience teaching in secondary education or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
