About the role

The School to Work Instructor is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world work experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills.
• Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with current workforce needs.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and community partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Experience teaching in secondary education or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
