School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - $44 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is a national hiring partner for schools across the United States. We work with districts in more than 24 states to hire thousands of school professionals every year. Currently, we are partnering with a school district in Waxahachie, Texas hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This is a 13‑week local contract position starting ASAP, with 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising SLP‑CCC with evaluations and screenings.
• Implement individualized education plans developed and directed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing treatment goals developed by the supervising SLP to meet student needs.
• Collect data, document student performance, and report information in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Active Texas SLPA license (if required by the state).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience preferred.
• School‑based experience preferred but not required.

Pay

The position pays $41.10–$44.25 per hour. The pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
