School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - $44 per hour

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Cleveland, Texas to hire a school‑based Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant for a 13‑week local contract, 30 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, start date ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist SLP‑CCC with evaluations and screenings.
• Implement individualized education plans developed and directed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing treatment goals developed by the supervising SLP to meet student needs.
• Collect data, document student performance, and report information in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLPA license (if required by the state)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• At least one year of recent relevant experience (preferred)
• School experience (preferred but not required)
