School Speech Language Pathologist - $58-65 per hour

About the Role

PediaStaff is seeking 3 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities in the Port Orchard, WA area for the 2026-2027 school year. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available!

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide individual and group therapy as appropriate
  • Participate in IEP meetings and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school professionals
  • Maintain required documentation, evaluations, and progress reports
  • Provide strategies and recommendations to support students' communication needs in the educational environment

Qualifications

  • Current Washington SLP license
  • Current ESA certification
  • Must be fingerprinted/cleared through OSPI
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • School-based experience preferred

Schedule

ASAP – June 17, 2027

  • 2 Full-Time Positions: 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per week
  • 1 Part-Time Position: 0.8 FTE / 4 days per week

Pay

$58–$65 per hour
