About the Role

PediaStaff is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for several in-person school-based opportunities in Pennsylvania for the upcoming school year. These positions offer a variety of caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school settings, including regular education, learning support, autistic support, life skills, AAC, and transition-focused programming.

York, PA Area Positions

Full-Time Elementary SLP:

  • Full-time, in-person school-based position
  • Elementary caseload with regular education and autistic support students
  • Caseload of approximately 50–55 students
  • Some case management responsibilities
  • Great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with elementary students in a supportive school setting

Full-Time Secondary SLP:

  • Full-time, in-person school-based position
  • Middle and high school caseload
  • Supports students in learning support, life skills, and autistic support programs
  • Caseload of approximately 60 students
  • Minimal case management
  • Several students are on a reduced service delivery model

Part-Time or Full-Time Secondary SLP:

  • In-person school-based position with part-time or full-time options
  • Secondary/high school caseload
  • Strong focus on transition planning and real-life skill development
  • Caseload of approximately 55 students for full-time
  • Caseload of approximately 30 students for part-time
  • Great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys supporting students with functional communication, life skills, and post-secondary transition planning

Dover, PA Area Position

Full-Time Elementary SLP:

  • Full-time, in-person school-based position
  • Elementary caseload with autistic support students
  • Caseload of approximately 45 students
  • No case management responsibilities
  • Strong AAC component, ideal for an SLP with AAC experience or interest

New Oxford, PA Area Position

Full-Time Middle Grades SLP:

  • Full-time, in-person school-based position
  • Middle grades caseload, grades 4–8
  • Students receive services across regular education, learning support, life skills, and autistic support programs
  • Mixed case management and related service responsibilities
  • Great fit for an SLP who enjoys a varied caseload and collaborative school environment

Requirements

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology License required
  • Valid PA Special Education Teaching Certificate required
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Experience with AAC, autistic support, life skills, learning support, and transition planning is a plus
  • Must be available for in-person services

Schedule

  • Duration: 41 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
