School Social Worker - $41 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is a national hiring partner for schools across the United States. We work with districts nationwide to hire thousands of school professionals every year. Currently, we're partnering with a school located in St. Louis, Missouri to hire a Social Worker.
Responsibilities
- Promoting the general well-being of students
- Working with outside agencies to provide support to families
- Mentoring and suggesting to Teachers and other school personnel
- Developing and providing crisis intervention strategies to improve student success
- Maximizing coping skills for students in difficult situations
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Social worker license/certification such as LCSW, LMSW, or state specific professional educator license meeting position requirements
- Previous pediatric experience preferred

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
