About the Role

The Supervisor of School Services oversees behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and implementation to support students' IEP goals and educational success. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing consultation, coaching, and training to educators and staff on evidence-based ABA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Monitor fidelity of intervention implementation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards.
• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and Program Managers, offering clinical guidance.
• Conduct competency assessments for staff.
• Support staff development through training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience in school-based behavioral consultation.
• Knowledge of special education and data analysis.

Work Environment
