Job Description
- Care for bikes so their owners love riding them
- Service all types of bikes on the spot
- Install awesome accessories customers select for their new bike
- Build relationships with customers
- Support the Service Manager, being the face of the department to customers when the Service Manager is not available
- Have stellar customer service chops and a willingness to learn
- Communicate effectively with customers to evaluate issues and recommend repairs
- Have top-notch communication skills
- Have impressive attention to detail and a love for tinkering until you figure it out
- Be eager to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles
- Be eager to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies
