School Services - School Speech Language Pathologist - $51-52 per hour

About the role

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in Maricopa, AZ, during the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, evaluations, and assessments for K–12 students to identify communication needs and disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals as an active member of the multidisciplinary IEP team.
• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique communication needs of a diverse student caseload.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Qualifications

• Experience working with K–12 students is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and hearing assessment and intervention.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using speech-language pathology software and tools.
