School Services School Speech Language Pathologist

AHS Staffing is seeking a School Services School Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Salem, Oregon.

About the Role

School-based / early intervention opportunity serving children Birth to 3
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week for the '26-'27 school year
Pay Rate: $50-$60 per hour
Opportunity to work with families and caregivers to support developmental progress in natural environments
Serve children with a variety of developmental delays and needs
Collaborative, supportive team environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide speech-language therapy services for children ages Birth to 3
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help develop and implement individualized goals and service plans
• Complete documentation and progress updates in a timely manner
• Support development of communication, feeding, social interaction, and functional participation in everyday routines

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• CCCs preferred, but strong pediatric experience may also be considered depending on the assignment
• Early intervention and/or school-based experience preferred
