Position Overview
Provide specialized instruction and academic support to middle school students in a resource classroom setting, supporting growth in reading, math, and social-emotional skills. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including progress monitoring and documentation of student growth. Assess student needs and utilize data-driven strategies to adapt instruction and support individual learning goals. Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student achievement and social-emotional development.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification.
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Experience assessing student needs, developing and implementing IEPs, and evaluating outcomes.

Pay
$48.20 - $49.20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
- Consistent full-time schedule with a 37.5-hour school week.
