Supplemental Health Care is hiring Special Education Teachers to join an amazing school team at a partnering school district in Mesquite, Texas. Whether your certification is multi‑categorical, learning, emotional, or behavioral, you have a place here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Teaching Certification with Schools Special Education Endorsement
• Special Education Teaching Endorsement must meet position requirements
• Multicategorical/Cross‑categorical, intellectual, learning, and/or emotional disability special education certifications may be accepted

Responsibilities

• Support students with disabilities through personalized instruction and advocacy
• Build and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Track student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Create engaging lesson plans that meet student needs

Pay

Hourly rate: $45.30 – $48.80 per hour

Assignment bonus: $3,000 (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

13‑week local contract, 37.5 hours per week (8‑hour shifts, days).
