School Services - School Special Education Teacher - $40-46 per hour
Cross Country Education is seeking a dynamic Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in Odessa, TX during the 2026–2027 school year.
About the role
Deliver specialized instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning needs by adapting curriculum and teaching strategies to promote academic growth. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), using student data and assessments to track progress and guide instructional decisions. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and maintain effective communication regarding goals and progress. Utilize evidence-based practices, educational technology, and differentiated instruction to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification with Generalist (K–8) endorsement
- Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card (FAST)
- Experience supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, cognitive, or developmental needs in a special education setting preferred
Pay
Earn $40.00 - $46.10 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
