Responsibilities
- Provide essential support and specialized instruction tailored to students’ IEP goals and individual needs
- Implement classroom strategies such as rephrasing instructions, behavior support, and accommodations
- Maintain professional communication and comprehensive documentation of student progress and educational plans
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri K–12 or preschool special education license (or eligible to obtain via Praxis)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in special education preferred
- Willingness to obtain necessary licensure if not currently licensed
- Strong collaboration skills, familiarity with IEP processes, and experience supporting diverse student populations
- Be willing to commit to the duration of the 2026–2027 school year
