Responsibilities
- Provide individualized instruction and specialized support to young learners with diverse developmental and educational needs.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and individualized education goals that support student growth and success.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and provide effective student support.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and social-emotional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching License/Certification in Special Education or Early Childhood Education.
- Experience supporting young learners with developmental, behavioral, or learning needs preferred.
Qualifications
