About the role
Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in individual or small-group settings, helping promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Assist classroom teachers with implementing lesson plans, classroom activities, and student support strategies. Support students with daily learning activities, communication, organization, and skill development while adapting to individual needs. Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment by encouraging student engagement and independence.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Completion of at least 60 college credit hours is preferred, or successful completion of the WorkKeys or ETS ParaPro Assessment
- Ability to meet state and district paraprofessional requirements
