About the role
Provide physical therapy support to K–12 students under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist with implementing individualized therapy plans and exercises designed to improve students’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills. Collaborate with physical therapists, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation in the school environment. Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress while following applicable professional and school-based standards.

Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with K–12 students
Pay
$35.60 - $41.80 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week (32 hours guaranteed)
- 8-hour shifts
