About the role
Supplemental Health Care is hiring School Services School Physical Therapists for a local contract job in Wheeling, Illinois. The position offers a 9-week contract with a $3,000 assignment bonus available upon request.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
- Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
- Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
- Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
- May be asked to travel between school locations
- May be asked to supervise assistants
Requirements
- $52.65 - $56.70 per hour
- Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Illinois Physical Therapist License
- American Heart Association BLS certification
