About the Role
PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated School Occupational Therapist to support students PreK through 12th grade in the Enumclaw/Buckley, WA area for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a local contract position offering $60–$65 per hour.
Job Details
- Dates: August 26, 2026 – June 17, 2027
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hours per day
- Caseload: Up to 45 students, PreK–12th grade
- Setting: In-person, school-based
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- WA state department of health license and ESA certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Assess students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions in accordance with students' IEPs, helping them achieve academic and developmental goals
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments tailored to students' unique needs
- Contribute to the development of IEPs by offering insights on motor development, sensory needs, and appropriate accommodations or modifications
