School Services - School Occupational Therapist - $55-60 per hour

About the Role

PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support preschool and elementary students in the Port Angeles, WA area for the remainder of the 25-26 school year as well as the upcoming school year. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment of students' needs and abilities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized therapy plans to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and coordination
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments tailored to students' unique needs
• Contribute to the development of IEPs by offering insights on motor development, sensory needs, and appropriate accommodation or modifications

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist License

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm
• Dates: ASAP – End of 25-26 School Year and 26-27 School Year
• Setting: Elementary and Preschool (2 areas of need)
• In-person only

Pay

• $56-$60/hour
