School Services - School Occupational Therapist - $48 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Lagrangeville, New York to hire a School Occupational Therapist for a local contract position.

About the Role

Help kids shine as a School-Based OT! This role offers a great work-life balance with evenings, weekends, and holidays free. You’ll deliver occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track effective therapy plans
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a New York license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $44.75 - $48.20 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 35 hours per week
• 7-hour shifts, days
